Everyone recommends to watch movies and films in English. Does it really work?
Does it still work if I don't understand what they tell in films? If I read the subtitles, I don't listen to speaking. And if I listen to speaking, I don't understand it. Should I go on and watch movies even if I don't understand them?

i do think that watching movies with subtitles help to translate what is being said , you will also become familiar with the language as it comes up with each scene.
Oh sure it does! This is a so called passive way of learning, your brain absorbes the new information in a relaxed mode, at first you may feel like you have not learned much but all the time your brain was making connections. So weeks after watching film you will have eurica moments with some expressions and words. I highly recommend this method to everyone and I suggest that you do not try to stop and translate video all the time but actually enjoy the process, you will still remember and learn a lot.
if you watch movies with subtitles it will help you increase your vocabulary and make a correct sentence.
