Absolutely! I grew up in an English speaking country but the influence cartoons had on my command of the language is undeniable. Children pick up phrases and even onomatopoeias from shows and use them in their daily conversations.

Definitely! 80% of cartoons and animated movies are in English and with a child's brain being a sponge, they tend to pick up and learn the words more faster the more they watch it.
Definitely watching cartoons in English can improve speaking skill
I believe yes, if speaking in the cartoon is clear and the story line is easy for the child to understand.
If the characters speak clearly, yes. Sometimes they are hard to understand. Movies - yes
Well as for me it's depends on the storyline of whatever cartoons your children watched . For it's can be biblical, educational or just fun . So it's depends .
Generally speaking no. In fact, it depends on his or her level. As a rule ot the thumb, cartoons and movies are apt for upper-intermediate students and above, and as we know most kids aren't at that level.
