If someone tells you they speak perfect English, they are lying. English is a very flexible language and is evolving all the time, it is impossible to speak perfect English. Native speakers are also continuously learning, new vocabulary, new idioms are appearing all the time. In a nutshell, nobody can speak perfect English.
I believe that I'm not perfect. The are words that I still refer to the dictionary to check the meanings. We all learn new things everyday.
Far from perfect because one learns everyday. I am a native in English and I learn something new everyday. However all will make every effort to teach students all that I know. Speaking and writing can become difficult for someone that is new to the language.

Start testI deal with this question all the time, I don't say perfect I say I am an expert in my profession. I teach Business English to foreign executives and I am proficient and knowledgable in my Business English language and capable to impart this to foreign executives. I don't use perfect,, I don't think anything is perfect, but it is my opinion only. I am an expert. I like that better. It leaves some wiggle room.. perfect doesn't.
Practise makes perfect) So that is the reason I constantly improve my knowledge
Far from it! I learn something new every day. :) This is one of the reasons I love my job - I don't only teach, I also learn.
I do not believe that I am perfect because you learn something new everyday. I am always looking for ways to actually improve my English speaking in general.
