Can I use the word "gorgeous" to describe a man, not a woman?
Usually, I heard the word "gorgeous" is used toward women, not men. Can I say that a man is gorgeous?

Usually gorgeous is used to describe a woman and to say a man is gorgeous is an extravagant praise, than when used in reference to a woman. A gorgeous man is a breathtakingly handsome man. Better use is handsome or very handsome.

Yes of course why not. You could indeed use it. Such words are just culturally and stereotypically attached to women but there is nothing wrong in general sense. If we can use it for outfits as well, then why not a man.

The word handsome or good looking usually works better for men as gorgeous tends to sound very feminine and might come off as demeaning to extremely masculine men.
I would prefer to use something "you look great!" or "you look fantastic", it sounds more neutral as for me.
Yes! I would say that about a man that is reallly good looking. “He is gorgeous!” But I probably wouldn’t tell him that directly. :) He might take it the wrong way, as being too feminine.
