You need to express yourself in a way that makes the student think: this is how well I want to speak that language. 

If I were a learner/ student I would suggest my tutor has great communication skills, well  prepared for his or her lessons and improved connectivity services for smooth classes

If I were a student looking for a new language/subject teacher, I would suggest, improving his knowledge of language, subject, and technology.
