Congratulations! My name is Oksana. I am Ukrainian and have been living in Greece since 2011. I am the author of two books about Greece. I like to write stories, movies and travel. I spend my free time walking with my children or reading books. I really like to study foreign languages, to look for the interpretation and origin of words and everything related to words :). Favorite recreation - a trip to the cinema or a trip. For more than two years, I have been helping beginners in learning Greek, online and offline. Without difficult and boring rules, together with my students we analyze excerpts from books, articles, videos or what the students are interested in and understand the language. Because it is easy to learn a set of words and rules, but much more difficult to really understand and be able to apply them. I adjust my lessons according to each student in simple words. The lesson consists of a theoretical part, then a practical part - where the student can see the theory in examples and practice. And also from the interactive one, where we read and translate together, listen, watch and understand what we heard, and, of course, try to talk. However, first I find out what exactly the student is interested in, and I choose topics accordingly. I am often contacted by people who have already attended courses, but there are still a lot of gaps in them, or complete misunderstanding from a large amount of information. Then we read books together in an easy way, analyze words, tenses or individual expressions. After that, it is much easier for a person to talk with native speakers and move forward in learning.
