I have such a passion for English and Spanish. Having these languages helps me express myself in two different worlds. My interests include reading books, making art, and listening to music. I was a missionary in Bolivia for 1.5 years and taught people religion. I worked with native speakers and lead and trained other missionaries. I have translating experience, I have taught English to native Spanish speakers, and I studied both languages in college. For learning either language: We will practice phrases, vocabulary, and conversational topics. I find that by practicing helps one to learn much faster than solely memorizing. Yes, memorization is important, but having a talking buddy who can push you to use all you have in order to communicate will help you grow much faster. We will play memorization games to get to know one another and learn the language in an interesting way. I will also assign simple homework and tasks.
