Hi, I'm Louis, I was born and raised in the UK, however, I have been living on the famous Mediterranean island of Cyprus for the last 17 years. Above all, I am a native British English speaker with a clear and easy-to-understand accent. I can help you or your child reach their learning goals in English by teaching the basics of the English language and building on the knowledge of the language that the student already has. My past work experiences have led me quite nicely into the teaching profession and learning the necessary skills. Following graduation as an A-Level Business Student, I have worked in the areas of Business Administration functions, Real Estate, E-Business Banking, Production Logistics and Merchandising and Financial Service Broker Support and Compliance. I have a tried and tested method in my teaching right from meeting a student at the outset, which is warm and welcoming and focuses on the student and their needs right now, this enables me to gauge how and to what extent I can help them to make progress with their English at a pace which suits them. I have already had the pleasure to be able to assist in excess of 5,000 students, from 'kids to adults,' around the world to learn English right from the very basics to a more professional and corporate level in Business settings. In this area, based on my past experiences, I can offer advice and support in such subjects as learning business culture in the English-speaking world, making effective applications for jobs and helping students prepare for upcoming interviews in English.
