Lerato Chiloane

My name is Lerato and I am a 33 year old native English speaker. I am from South Africa. I enjoy reading and going to the gym. Even though the gym is sometimes painful, the reward is worth it. Just like most things in life, consistency is key to achieving your goals even though it might be hard sometimes. I enjoy learning about new cultures and languages, I'm actually learning a new language which is Korean, in preparation to one day visit S. Korea. I have always been interested in visiting other countries which is why I studied Tourism and Cultural Tourism was my favourite subject. I also enjoy watching movies, I like watch dystopian movies and romantic comedies. The books I love reading are romantic novels. I love romance. :-) I have one year experience tutoring online and have learnt that learning is different for every individual, it is also necessary to tailor lessons to each student to keep lessons engaging and interesting. I am versed and have studied how to teach the English language. I have a National Diploma in Tourism Management, a TEFL certificate and a certificate in how to teach English. I specialize in grammar, punctuation and conversational English. In my lessons, patience is in the forefront as I believe that mistakes will be made and getting the correct feedback will assist in potentially achieving a student's goal. In my trial lesson, we will find out what we need to work on in future lessons and from there lesson plans will be made. Our sessions will be filled with learning, fun and interactive learning games to leave the students feeling confident and feeling that a goal has been achieved after the lesson.
