I am Karthic, from India. I am super excited about every student I teach, appreciate their unique ideas, and genuinely try to help them improve. This is what I love the most about teaching. I am a huge fan of books, cycling, video games, and films. You could catch me reading the latest books or playing video games occasionally. I've been an English teacher for the past 6 years, teaching over 5000 combined hours online and in face-to-face contexts. I've taught General English, Business English, IELTS, and EAP (English for Academic Purposes by UTS Sydney) in Vietnam and India to a range of learners, including Young Learners, Teenagers, and adults. I've also taught students from 40+ countries, including students from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and so on, online during my time at the British Council. I am a CertTESOL (Trinity College London) and British Council-certified teacher. I have also completed DELTA Module 1 by Cambridge, one of the highest qualifications for an English teacher. I am currently working on DELTA Module 3. I have completed certification in IELTS teaching and TOEFL through workshops by the British Council, IDP, and IATEFL, and attended tons of other international conferences. All my lessons have a personal focus and are learner-centric where you get to practice the English you learn. They all can be further adapted according to your needs - speaking, writing skills, listening or reading. if you want to deep dive into other areas such as pronunciation or grammar, look nowhere else! Being a learner, I understand the difficulties of learning a new language and how much effort is put into it.
