Justin Subramoney

My name is Justin.I currently work for a major telecommunications company. My current job has allowed me to travel extensively throughout South Africa which has also allowed me to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures, thus giving me a good understanding of how other people think and learn. I love working with people of all ages.I enjoy teaching and helping others. In my spare time I love to watch movies and spend time with my family. I love to take long walks on the beach and I also enjoy reading. I currently have a TEFL certificate and I have taught many kids of different ages. I have been teaching privately for the last year. My teaching was mostly conducted from home as I used to perform this on a part time basis. I enjoy working with kids and I I have various different teaching methods. The interactive method where me as the teacher is able to convey the main points and the importance of using materials such as props and flash cards. Another method is a discussion method where students are given an opportunity to voice their opinions in a two-way communication style. This is a strategy to utilise and take advantage of each students knowledge and creativity. I also use a demonstration technique in order for the student to fully understand the lesson.
