Hi my name is Judith Hlatshwayo. I am a certified Tefl esl teacher. I am 26 years of age and I am from the beautiful country called South africa. I enjoy cooking, hiking, traveling and watching documentaries. Teaching online appeals to me because it intersects my passion for teaching with the conveniences of modern technology. It allows me to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, which I find incredibly rewarding.
Over the past years, I have gained diverse work experience in various fields. Initially, I worked in primary school for a year and high school for 2 years, where I had the opportunity to teach English, History, Geography to grade 10-12 students while also focusing on being a part time online ESL teacher. Additionally, I had the privilege of being a sponsor for volunteer work wherei helped learners who are struggling with the english subject.
My teaching style is student-centered and collaborative. I believe that the best learning takes place when students are actively engaged in their own learning process. To achieve this, I create an environment of mutual respect and trust where students feel comfortable to ask questions and take risks with their language development. My lessons focus on providing meaningful activities that allow students to practice their English skills in a fun and engaging way. I also use a variety of resources such as videos, audio recordings, and interactive games to keep my classes interesting and relevant. Finally, I strive to provide personalized feedback and support to each student so they can reach their individual goals
