I am a native English speaker from the UK, I have lived in many different cities around the UK and I have also travelled extensively around Europe. In my free time I enjoy hiking, cooking recipes from around the world, walking my dogs, reading books and trying new restaurants. I am a CELTA qualified ESL teacher and I have been teaching English to adults and children for over two years and I have experience teaching all levels. I have taught general English and IELTS preparation both online and in person I am friendly, patient and helpful, I like to get to know my students so I can teach lessons that help you achieve your goals but that are also interesting and about subjects that you enjoy. I like to encourage my students to speak as much as possible, and I like to use newspaper articles, blogs and YouTube or movie clips to help students learn. I specialise in pronunciation practice and building vocabulary to help intermediate students progress to an advanced level. We will cover a wide range of topics together and focus on pronunciation, grammar and building vocabulary so you can learn to speak English fluently!
