My name is Iris. I’m a native Chinese speaker. Now I live in Beijing and I speak mandarin. I've been teaching Chinese as a foreign language more than five years in various educational environments in China. Ranging from kid to adult conversation, Business Chinese and HSK. I'm a passionate and dedicated teacher who strives to give each and every student the best experience and treat each class with the most concern and focus. My aim is to provide a well-balanced, supportive and engaging learning environment for all students. I'm flexible and ensure each students learning style and abilities are addressed. I love to engage with people and make the classes as fun and easy going as possible. The most striking feature of my teaching is that I can compile textbooks according to various needs of different students. I believe that language is a tool of communication, and it should be practised instead of being learned. As a Chinese teacher of beginners, I would like to pay attention to interacting with students, inspiring and guiding students to practise by role-playing, and tell them the rules I have summarized for many years, so as to help students totally understand and master the knowledge they have learned. In a word, not any a Chinese is able to be a qualified Chinese teacher. I would like to be a good helper on your way to learn Chinese.
