I am from Colombia and have experience teaching young people between the ages of 12 and 21. I am passionate about language teaching and believe in the power of effective communication. I enjoy topics related to mental and emotional well-being, and I adapt to my students' interests to make classes more enjoyable. In my free time, I like to listen to music, watch series, dance, and explore new forms of creative learning. I have been teaching English and Spanish to teenagers and young adults both in schools and in private classes for the past year. My students are generally at a basic or intermediate level and I have worked with them to improve their speaking and comprehension of the language. Although I do not have a formal certificate, I have a B1 level in English and my native language is Spanish, which allows me to teach both languages effectively. My classes are dynamic and practice-focused. I like to use interactive activities such as role-playing, topical talks, fun questions, and practical exercises to improve speaking fluency and confidence. I also integrate the use of videos and music to make the lessons more engaging and relevant for my students. My approach is to create a relaxed and motivating environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves and learn naturally.
