Together we can set goals based on your needs and adapt the style of teaching to suit you so you gain the most from your English lessons. I use a variety of materials to teach including video, audio, presentation, interactive quizzes and worksheets. I specialise in vocabulary, listening and pronunciation skills to increase your overall fluency in general or business English for adults or IELTS exam preparation. In my previous work, I have been a research chemist, scuba diving instructor and online travel agent. I have travelled the world for 15 years and taught over 2000 lessons with students. I have taught both online and in person. I mainly teach adults looking to improve vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency skills for work or exam preparation. I specialise in teaching pre-intermediate (level A2) to advanced-level adult students to increase fluency or IELTS speaking fluency plus listening, writing and reading preparation. Please note I do not teach children. During the first lesson, we talk about your goals and how we will achieve these together. I tailor lessons individually to your goals finding a style that would suit you and your learning style. As you continue your lessons I can identify areas for improvement and work with you to achieve this.
