Danaika Utile

My name is Danaika Utile Bireth, I am 28 years old, I studied business administration for a year and a half at the Roi Henri Christophe University of Haiti and I continued in the Dominican Republic. I have always loved languages in fact, for me it is an incredible way to connect with others, other cultures, other discoveries. I speak French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and I am currently learning Mandarin and Turkish. It is important to be able to communicate and make yourself understood. I would like to work with you as a language teacher. I like listening to music, I love watching series or movies especially science fiction series. And I am starting to appreciate nature, it was not always like that. And of course, I like spending time with my friends. I lived for almost 6 years in the Dominican Republic where I gave French lessons at home, I was a Spanish teacher in Turkey, Istanbul for a year and now, I am in Taiwan, I work in a high school in as a teacher of English and French. I received my teaching degree from Arizona State University. I use intensive and extensive methods such as reading, writing and grammar, however, the most used in my classes is conversation. With conversation, I teach my students to express themselves in another language while learning the strategies and basics to speak that language fluently.
