Hello dear students! My name is Damaris and I'm from Poland. Teaching as well as learning foreign languages is one of my biggest passions. I like sharing my knowledge with others. Having international friends helps me to understand the most common difficulties in learning foreign languages. I believe that learning a language is especially effective when you're motivated and consistent. In my free time, I enjoy training at the gym, reading books and designing using various computer programs. Hello dear students! My name is Damaris and I come from Poland. I believe that learning a language is especially effective when you are motivated and consistent. In my free time, I like working out at the gym, reading books and designing using various programs. I have been teaching English for over 2 years in a language school and as an online tutor. I have experience in teaching students at various ages and levels. Besides teaching, I was also working as an invigilator during Cambridge exams, so I know how such exams look like and what to expect during the exam. I attended a language course at C1 level in the United Kingdom and obtained an EF cerificate. Laast year I obtained a certificate in pedagogical preparation. I teach beginners, students at intermediate and upper-intermediate level and everyone who wants to improve their communication skills. During my lessons I create a friendly atmosphere so that everyone feels comfortable. I adapt the lesson materials individually to student's needs and level. I enjoy using a flipped classroom method which means that I send you a study material (e.g. an article) before our lesson, so that we are able to discuss it during the lesson. I will help you to overcome the language barrier, improve your vocabulary and help you to understand grammar in a simple way. During my lessons, I create a friendly atmosphere so that everyone feels comfortable. I adapt the lesson materials individually to the student's needs and level.
