Hello, My name is Beth & Certified English Teacher & PolyU, WSET Educator with 10yrs experience in person and online - specialises in public speaking, wine, food, tourism & wellness. I come from Sydney, Australia, and have lived in Hong Kong for 10 years. I love dogs, especially Pomeranians and have one 8 year old boy dog. I live on an Island on the beach in a very old Chinese Farm House which is a lovely place to live in such a busy City of 8 Million people! I love travelling to different countries and seeing how other people in different cultures live. Cooking is something I really enjoy and I have also studied Wine & Spirits for many years. I love working with Students and seeing their progression and achieving great results! People learn in different ways, so I tend to adjust my teaching style to match how the Student best responds to the content and key factors they need to learn to get the most learnings out of the course. I like to keep the lessons fun and interactive, there are never any bad questions, and understanding the content is the most important. I always make myself available to answer any questions the students have when they are doing self study outside of formal lesson times.
