I have been teaching English my whole life. It's my passion and it's very rewarding for me to see my students improve and reach their goals. I'm quite familiar with IELTS band descriptors and the way they are used to score candidates' Writing and speaking.
Although I teach all four skills, I really like providing Writing and speaking feedback as most people score lower than their proficiency level because of these mistakes and errors.
I also teach conversation, free discussion and debate courses to B1+ language learners and help people start talking in English, something that could take people years to do.
People usually take me for a serious tutor and are hesitant to give my courses a try. I'm quite the opposite! In fact, all my students say that my lessons feel so short they can't believe it's already over.
I also work systematically and methodological and that's why my IELTS students get their desired scores. It's a simple roadmap: I plan and they study, Simple. :D
I have taught mostly as a freelance tutor as my academic background is TEFL and I'd like to run my own business. My greatest feat; however, is helping A2 students reach band 7 in the IELTS exam. It's a long 2-year process which requires consistency and discipline.
I'm trained by IDP to be able to teach and assess writing and speaking and I have studies almost all authentic resources related to the IELTS exam so I can help you with your problems.
My Lessons are engaging and informative as I use material that I have gathered
and created through years of teaching English. I try not to oversimplify concepts and rather go for more in-depth explanations. It takes more work but it's more productive and practical
