You can call me teacher Zhay. I'm 37 years old. I am an albino. People mistaken me for being a Caucasian. I am a Filipino with Spanish bloodline. I like trekking, hiking and camping. Whenever I become tired of everything I find my escape through going to the mountains. Nature is the best medicine. I dreamt of becoming a volunteer teacher in the mountains when I was in high school that's why I took Bachelor in Elementary Education major in English. I also love cooking. I am into food tripping especially exotic foods or anything new and native to a certain place. I am a mother of three; two boys and a girl. I taught in a Korean Academy before I became a public school teacher. I handled 5 years old to 56 years old who were just beginning to learn English. I like making teaching and learning fun and light. Grammar and pronunciation is what i usually taught. Al You can expect a light and fun way of learning English. I simplify lessons and adjust strategies depending on the needs and capabilities of my students. I believe the teacher should lead the students towards learning and not forcing them to understand everything. Every student has their own pace when it comes to learning. As a teacher I am aware of that and the consideration of the student's readiness to learn. I motivate and assess as we go along the lessons. I focus on the weaknesses to develop them and at the same time focus on the strengths to improve them.
