1. Working together and listening
Doing things together and hearing everyone’s ideas is very effective for solving problems and building strong relationships. Helps creativity and teamwork.
2. Speaking clearly and respectfully
Saying what you mean without being mean is good for sharing ideas, setting boundaries, and solving problems. Makes everyone feel respected.
3. Avoiding problems
Not saying what you need to keep things peaceful could be Okay for keeping the peace, but too much can lead to problems.
4. Forceful talking
Being strong and not caring about others is not the ideal way. When used, it is usually
not good, but sometimes it is needed. Using it too much hurts relationships.
5. Saying negative things in a sneaky way
Saying mean things indirectly is not the best choice. Talking directly about problems is usually better.

For tough topics, be clear but nice. In groups, listen and work together.
Different groups have different communication rules. Know them and communicate the right way. And, of course, know yourself and understand how you normally communicate. Be ready to change depending on the situation. Knowing yourself helps in building good relationships.
