Best Ways to Study the English Language Effectively

English is a world language. Almost 20% of people speak it. It is becoming more and more popular nowadays. If you want to study it, follow my recommendations.

Firstly, you should listen to audiobooks and podcasts. Have 2 or 3 lessons a week. Their duration depends on your aims, age, and level. In general, 30-60-minute lessons will be effective. If you need more practice, take a 90-minute lecture. Choose a suitable teacher for you. They should be positive, well-educated, and punctual. Be respectful to your tutor, listen to them attentively, ask some questions if you don’t understand something, and do your homework regularly. In your free time, listen to the music you like, and watch films and videos according to your interests. You can easily find them on video hosting. Discuss them with your friends and speakers in open chats. But be careful; follow the rules of the chats. Also, the main part of your studying is choosing the right book or book complex. It should be the latest edition or older—any variant is correct. It does not matter.  

Nowadays, more and more people have video blogs. You can create your own blog, publish your materials, and communicate with other students, and it may be something like your diary. Write it every day and include the best spheres of your life—studying, your local area, your language, or translation of your local news.  

The next point is to sign up for a regular English tip—vocabulary, grammar, phonetics, and listening. These services will improve your knowledge if you work properly.

Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. Everybody does. If you don’t know the meaning or translation of the word—look it up. The are many papers or interactive vocabularies and dictionaries.  

The popular way to improve your English is by reading comics. Here you can learn many idioms and specific languages. It helps you to speak better. Usually, serious or adventure comics are easier to understand than funny ones.

Finally, take an online lesson. There are many online courses available on the internet. A quick search in google will show you a list of training.
