Introducing The New AI Assistant for Tutors (Beta)
We’re excited to announce a beta version of our AI-powered assistant called “Co-pilot.” It aims to provide additional support to tutors during lessons.
For now, Co-Pilot is available for English lessons only. But we have plans to extend its capabilities to support other languages.
Key Features of Co-Pilot
Co-pilot operates directly from the Lesson Notes. If you highlight a word or phrase and click “Co-pilot” in the menu that appears, Co-pilot can:
- Usage examples: The feature generates usage examples based on the tutor's selected word or phrase, the student's proficiency level, and the lesson's topic.
- Words explanations: Co-pilot helps explain new unfamiliar words in simpler words to make it easier for the student to understand their meaning
Benefits of Using Co-Pilot
Co-pilot makes it easier for tutors to give simple explanations and examples, which results in
- Saved time for tutors
- Focused learning for students
- Increased lesson productivity overall
Beta Phase and Feedback
Co-pilot is currently in its beta phase. We encourage you to:
- Use Co-pilot in your upcoming lessons and explore its potential.
- Provide feedback via our online feedback form regarding your experience with the feature. This includes suggestions for improvements, bug reporting, and general thoughts on its usage.
Your feedback is vital for us to refine Co-pilot and make it a more effective tool in your teaching experience.
