1. Working together and listening

Doing things together and hearing everyone’s ideas is very effective for solving problems and building strong relationships. Helps creativity and teamwork.

2. Speaking clearly and respectfully

Saying what you mean without being mean is good for sharing ideas, setting boundaries, and solving problems. Makes everyone feel respected.

Not saying what you need to keep things peaceful could be Okay for keeping the peace, but too much can lead to problems.

Being strong and not caring about others is not the ideal way.  When used, it is usually

not good, but sometimes it is needed. Using it too much hurts relationships.

How to choose the right way to communicate

You must know who you’re talking to and think about what you are saying at the same time. Some people like clear talk, while others prefer working together so, first,  you must understand the situation and know what’s going on.

For tough topics, be clear but nice. In groups, listen and work together.

Different groups have different communication rules. Know them and communicate the right way. And, of course, know yourself and understand how you normally communicate. Be ready to change depending on the situation. Knowing yourself helps in building good relationships.
