The one who knows when to speak, what to say and how to say it. Some things are more important than others. They must be addressed and sometimes they require a more detailed explanation to ensure understanding. Telling student's what they did wrong will not help if they do not understand why it was wrong. If a student understands a brief explanation that is great, but if they do not understand, then you must take the time required to help them understand. Taking the time to properly explain why something is wrong once will save time in the long run and speed up the students learning goals. For example, you can't just tell a student 1 + 1 = 2, they must understand why it equals 2 and how to get the right answer, then they can apply that to all the other addition problems.

In such a short time you would need to have a lesson preferably every day for at least one hour with the student, to allow at least 30 hours of lessons which should be sufficient to pass the exam with a good grade. Having such an intense course and learning everyday can be tiring, but at the same time by using the language daily things are much more likely to stick in the student's mind and allow them to more easily recall that information during the exam time
