The sound of "kh" in Persian is pretty similar to the pronunciation of "R" in "French". But to understand the pronunciation, it's better to search it on Youtube, or maybe book some sessions with a Native Persian Teacher.

What I really like about Persian (my native language) is that it is totally gender free. You may see that in some languages that gender plays an essential role, but Persian is not the case. I suppose it dates back to the time in ancient Persia Empire, in which both genders were considered equal and not superior to each other.
