I currently reside in Johannesburg, South Africa and my interests are music, food and comedy. I enjoy conversations with people from different backgrounds and have a good sense of humour and a great outlook on life. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a few years waiting tables, I have a passion for connecting with people and having meaningful conversations, which has enabled me to seek conversations with people I come across regardless of age, gender, or background. As I was in the process of acquiring my TEFL certificate, in order to gain experience, I started helping out children with their after school work for a year. As every student is different from the next, making sure each student’s learning style is covered within the lesson, I give the student enough time to review and understand before moving forward. I also enjoy questions from student when they have concerns or when they fail to understand a topic in a safe and relaxed learning environment.
