Hi Made of means sth is entirely composed of a specific material. e.g, "the chair is Made of wood." Made from means sth is constructed using a certain material, but other materials may be included too. e.g. "The chair is made from wood" means the frame could be made of metal. Made our is very similar to Made from. The difference is that it means composed of a certain material or materials. E.g. "sneakers made out of fabric and rubber" means thise materials make up the sneakers. Made with means a material was used in the construction or production process, but may not be the main material it's composed of. E.g "cake made with flour, sugar, and eggs"- those are ingredients used to make the cake, not necessarily what the whole cake is made of.
