Oh, what a question! There are a few I like using ... *The lights are on, but nobody is home* When you talk about a stupid person. *Put a sock in it* use it when someone talks a lot, or when someone is noisy. *Hold your horses* a way to tell someone to stop or slow down. *Best thing since sliced bread* use it when you are really impressed with someone's idea, or invention. *Go bananas* meaning: to go wild Example: When Tyler Swift went on stage, the crowd went bananas! My favorite :) will be *suck it up* or *buck-up* When you have to accept an unpleasant situation or fact. - Hi Teachers! What strategies help you to consistently stay fully booked? Any tips for other teachers?
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
I totally agree with Yaje. It's not about some secret formula or strategy, but rather about establishing a solid reputation, trust, and connection with your students. When students genuinely like you and your teaching style, they're more likely to keep coming back and recommend you to others. Your profile, teaching style, and achievements all play a vital role in building this reputation. When students see that you're knowledgeable, experienced, and have a proven track record of success, they're more inclined to trust you and want to continue working with you. So instead of fixating on a specific strategy or quick fix, it's crucial to focus on building strong relationships with your students, delivering top-notch results, and consistently enhancing your skills and services. By doing so, you'll have a higher chance of attracting and retaining a loyal student base, which can ultimately lead to steady bookings and long-term success.
