Occasionally, I have students take the lead by teaching a mini-lesson on a subject they love or are particularly good at. This not only enhances their grasp of the material but also shifts the classroom from a teacher-dominated setting to one that is more student-centered:)

Start test- Which one do you prefer when teaching writing: process writing or product writing? Why or why not?
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
As an online English teacher, I prefer process writing over product writing for several reasons: *Process Writing:* 1. Emphasizes the writing journey, not just the end result. 2. Encourages students to focus on drafting, revising, and editing. 3. Develops critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. 4. Allows for feedback and guidance throughout the writing process. 5. Helps students understand that writing is a process, not a one-time event. *Product Writing:* 1. Focuses solely on the finished product. 2. Can lead to emphasis on grammar and mechanics over content. 3. May result in students prioritizing perfection over creativity. 4. Limited opportunities for feedback and revision. *Why Process Writing?* 1. Improves student confidence and motivation. 2. Enhances writing fluency and coherence. 3. Develops self-assessment and reflection skills. 4. Fosters a growth mindset toward writing. *In Practice:* In my lessons, I guide students through.
- English Teachers!! What is the most difficult class you have come across??
Maybe .. over qualified student, under qualified student ??
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
Probably the most difficult lesson I have ever had was when the student refused to speak or to use their camera. I had a lesson with Google translate. Utterly pointless! The student would only reply by writing in their own language. After about 15 minutes or so, I told them that I was ending the lesson. It was not only very frustrating, as Google translate is more often wrong than right , but a complete waste of my time as well as theirs. You cannot learn a language without trying to speak. It is also bad manners not to let a tutor see who they are trying to speak to.
- Is teaching English as a second language to adults harder or easier than teaching young learners?
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
Teaching kids needs you to be energetic and creative while teaching adults will require patience and technical knowledge because adults have some reasons for learning English. So I guess by this, you can identify which one is easier for you.
- To All English Teachers!! What is a word or phrase that you have always struggled with?
Maybe a word you struggle saying, reading or even spelling?
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
Please, don't ask me to pronounce: "Worcestershire sauce" :)

I would prefer to study abroad because it will add value to my future more than in my native country.
- What do you find most challenging about learning English?
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
Being able to speak fluently is the most challenging thing in learning any Language.
- What are the techniques and methods you use to make your lesson fun and engaging?
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
I always take notes on my students’ interests and then construct lesson themes based on them. For example, if a student is interested in car racing, we will watch a video about NASCAR and then discuss it. This practices listening and speaking skills.
