Are you a teacher looking for students to have conversational lessons with?
- Are they students willing to learn conversational English rather that Written English ?
Written English is formal spoken, reading and writing English, where as Conversational English is informal communicative English which is in a more narrative form, event-based or story-based.
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
nine out of ten students are more willing to have speaking classes than writing ones since writing has always been a laborious task even in their mother tongues and it is a skill which are usually overlooked by many teachers. In addition, most students learn English so as to communicate with others verbally and witting stuff has got more to do with academic settings

- How would you handle an extremely "Shy" student?, that would look away from you during a lesson.
Would you continue to teach? How would you handle the situation?.
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
First, it is important to find the source of shyness. Some students are just "camera shy." If this is the case, ask them if they would like to turn off the camera. Some students are shy because of their mistakes. If so, ask them if they want to be corrected immediately or after the lesson in their private chat. There may be many reasons for shyness, but the most important thing is not to make a point of their shyness.

- How do you teach Pronunciation?
Shadowing Phonetics Using Articulatory organs etc.
crwdns2631929:0crwdne2631929:0
I think the first thing we should do is learn phonetics. It is important to learn the place where and how sounds are articulated. Make listening exercises and give students the chance to repeat it as much as possible. Never interrupt them when talking. Only give feedback after they’re done talking.
