Because in South Africa we have 11 official languages and I speak 6, so sometimes I mix the languages with English while speaking
- Do you ever desire to have huge amounts of cash so that you can help the needy?
My upbringing was not a wealthy one neither was I poor. I'd say we were average and sometimes we went below average. There were many times when family members and community members would bring food parcels to my home. As a child at that time, I did not really understand what was happening around me and so I was so excited to see people bringing food to my home. Come to think of it I probably thought it was their duty. I am grown up now and when I see other people going through challenges in their homes, I can't help but to get emotional. My desire has always been to have lots of cash so that I help the needy. It is only post covid that I relieved myself from that stress when I realised it is impossible to help everyone but with the little I have I can at least help one person. I feel so good within myself even if I've only just bought a family one loaf of bread and a litre milk. I can't put into words the feeling I get after I've done this. Looking forward to your response.

Yes, I own a nonprofit organization where I help pay hospital bills for needy people who have been admitted for treatment in rural communities. Therefore receiving financial help always goes a long way.😊
- Will you say your perspective on life has changed post covid-19?
Post covid I've had so many moments when I'd go into deep thoughts about my life and how I can better myself in many areas. I've learnt to appreciate life much more than I did before. I try to eat healthier although at times those hot wings and ribs are irresistible, so I give into those cravings and promise myself I'll be back only in 3months, but we know for some of us that's a challenge. (humour) I find myself in meditation more. This has helped me a lot in remaining calm especially when arguments and misunderstandings arise. Being part of someone else's success story is also what I enjoy. So, where I can help, I will do it with a pure heart expecting nothing in return as I believe what you put out there you will get back. I also have learnt to appreciate and respect people more because life is uncertain, and one never knows when the last moment be. Yes, of cos these are not things I've mastered but I do hope to keep practicing until I become perfect.

I think it has been a trying time for everyone when covid hit. I was out of work for a couple of months and eventually got called back when things started to open up again. But I do think new ways to keep in touch and job opportunities from a work from home stand-point, definitely has been a blessing to many during these trying times.

Start test- What inspired you to become a teacher?
I'll go first. I came to my country of origin to visit a few years ago and stayed for a few months. During my stay, I started volunteering at this lovely little school in a rural area. In my first day, I witnessed children coming to school extremely happy, with big smiles in their little faces. Though, I couldn't help noticing many of them didn't even have a backpack to carry their stuff. They'd bring their school supplies in a plastic bag. During class, I saw this little girl working diligently with an old tiny piece of pencil, the only pencil she had, yet it didn't stop her from completing her classwork. I immediately fell in love with this career and decided to go back to school and become a teacher. During my volunteering days, we were able to to get backpacks and school supplies for the entire school, thanks to a lot of kindhearted people who helped. Today, those kids continue pursuing their dream of becoming someone in life.

My favorite season is Spring, everything begins anew, fresh. Everyone comes out in Spring, beautiful scenery , not hot but not cold either. It makes me feel brand new.
- Is it common to leave a tip in a restaurant in your country? Or for another service, such as a taxi?
I've been working on this topic with my students recently. It's interesting how it differs between countries. In the UK, tips aren't mandatory, but it's common to give a tip of 10% in a restaurant. Many restaurants already include it in the bill, as a service charge, but you can ask them to remove it, if you aren't happy with the service.

LouiseDFun and patient guide for your journey to fluency! In the U.S. it's common to tip 15% or more for good service at a restaurant, but we also typically tip hairdressers, taxi or Uber drivers, manicurists, massage therapists, and bartenders. Most people will give a small tip to people who deliver food as well.

There is only one way to prepare for the IELTSlistening test and that is to listen to as much as you can. We stoplistening when we are about 12 years old. So we have tolearn how to listen again. There are various ways to do this in the classroom, but the student must also put in an effort outside lesson time. listen to podcasts, as many as you can, but DO NOT listen to any news podcasts. Why? Because you are liistening to a newsreader... you are listening to written English.... you need to listen to SPOKEN English. You must listen to spoken English EVERY DAY. If you make the effort, you will see a marked improvement in about three weeks.... BUT YOU HAVE TO LISTEN!

- Please explain the difference between these words
Everything versus Every thing Anything versus Any thing Anytime versus Any time

Everything is used for collective and Every thing refers to singular, but I do agree they would differ depending on the context that they being used in.
