Hi! I’m Tammy, and I’m so excited to be your Spanish teacher. I’m here to share my love for the Spanish language and culture with you! Education and Training: - Bachelor's degree in Spanish education from the University of Barcelona. My academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the Spanish language and its cultural nuances. - Completed specialized training at a language school, honing my teaching skills and methodologies over a dedicated one-month program. - Currently studying the initial levels of cognitive grammar, which focus on the logic connecting language and thought. This approach simplifies grammar by linking it to meaning, helping students better understand and use structures naturally in communication. I’ve spent over a year volunteering as a Spanish and literacy tutor, and it’s been an amazing experience that’s taught me a lot about effective teaching and building a love for learning. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive space where every student feels encouraged to learn and grow.
