I'm from Jamaica. I worked mostly in financial services. I've worked with people from various countries and backgrounds in customer service which allowed me to develop the patience and expertise of helping people who aren't fluent in English. I focus more on problem areas. I allow the student to tell me what areas they struggle with most and work on it with them.
