Kareen McLeod-Vassell

Hello I am Kareen McLeod-Vassell and I am from the island 🏝️ of Jamaica. I have a Bed in Language Education from UWI Mona and a diploma in English Education from Shortwood Teacher's College. I have been a high school English teacher for over 20 years and I look forward to making your journey in my favourite subject enjoyable. I have been teaching grade 7-12 students, which includes preparing students for exit exams. I have taught English Language, English Literature and Communication Studies as well as remedial reading and Information Technology. I believe in using English Literature to teach the rules of English Language based on what you like to read. I love gamifying lessons and teaching you how to enhance the power of technology to make learning and life easier for you. If it can't be fun, it can't be taught.
