Iâm a 26-year-old woman living on an island in the Mediterranean Sea. My native language is Greek, as it is the main language of Cyprus. Russian is also my native language, as my roots are from Russia. My English is at an advanced level because I have many international friends, and the area where I grew up has many international residents. This is why my English proficiency is so advanced.
I have taught both English and Greek to many people through one-on-one personal classes over the years, focusing on practical, day-to-day conversations. My experience includes helping students navigate real-life situations, such as ordering food, making small talk, and discussing everyday topics, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable using the language in their daily lives.
In my lessons, I aim to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where students feel comfortable and confident to learn at their own pace. During the first class, I focus on understanding the studentâs current language level, allowing me to tailor lessons to their specific needs and goals. Whether the focus is on conversational skills, grammar, or vocabulary, I ensure that each lesson is interactive, engaging, and relevant to real-life situations. I believe in making learning enjoyable, so I use a variety of methods, including casual conversations, role-playing, and practical exercises, to help students feel at ease while building their language skills. My goal is to make each student feel supported in a stress-free environment, allowing them to progress naturally and enjoy the learning process.
