Hello! My name is Nombuso, and I’m a certified ESL teacher with over 2years of experience specializing in conversational English ,Business English and grammar. I’m passionate about helping students build their confidence and communication skills, whether it's for career advancement, travel, or personal growth. My teaching style is interactive and tailored to each student’s unique goals and needs, ensuring every lesson is engaging and effective.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, traveling, and exploring new cultures, which often inspires my lessons. I’m excited to support you on your English learning journey!
I am an experienced ESL teacher with two years of professional teaching experience. During this time, I have worked with students from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds, helping them improve their English skills in areas such as conversation, grammar, pronunciation, and writing. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on creating engaging, interactive lessons tailored to individual learning styles and goals.
I have successfully guided both beginner and intermediate learners, ensuring they build confidence in speaking English fluently and accurately. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable practicing and developing their language skills.
1. Communicative Approach
Focus on Real-Life Communication: I Prioritize practical language use by designing lessons around authentic communication scenarios, like ordering food, asking for directions, or discussing daily routines. This makes learning relevant and immediately applicable for students.
Role-Playing Activities: Incorporate role-plays and simulations where students practice speaking in real-world contexts, building their confidence and fluency.
2. Student-Centered Learning
Adapt Lessons to Student Needs: Tailor your lessons based on each student’s level, goals, and interests. For example, business professionals might need more focus on formal language, while younger learners might benefit from fun, interactive games.
Encourage Student Participation: Create opportunities for students to take an active role in the class, such as through discussions, group work, or peer-teaching exercises. This approach keeps learners engaged and allows them to practice speaking more freely.
