As an ESL teacher, I believe that every student is unique, and learning happens at different rates for everyone. My teaching approach is cantered around adapting lessons to meet individual needs, ensuring that students are both challenged and supported. I utilize proficiency tests at the beginning of each course to assess students' current levels and tailor lesson plans accordingly.
