Yousef Gharedaghi

Hi! I'm Yousef. I'm from the US. I've been teaching English for slightly over 14 years now. I also teach Persian(Farsi) as a near-native speaker of the language. I'm trying to become a polyglot because I love learning about different languages and cultures. My hobbies include watching movies and series, reading, working out, cooking, gardening, and little bit of gaming! I love to connect with people from other countries and know about their perspectives and attitudes toward life. I have a master's degree in teaching English. I've taught English to over a thousand students in my career so far. I've worked with a number of language institutes as well as companies. My students range from teenagers to senior citizens from around the world. I've been focused on teaching mostly online classes for the past 5 years now. I have helped many people overcome their fear of speaking English and making mistakes by giving them personalized study schedules and lessons. I focus my efforts as a teacher on your weaknesses and problem areas. I use a variety of methods depending on your needs and goals. These methods include TBL and CLT which have proven very effective and successful for my students. I use both educational and authentic materials to help enhance the quality of my lessons. I specialize in accent reduction and pronunciation techniques to help learners improve their pronunciation and accent.
