Hi, my name is Xoly. I am a very energetic, young at heart individual. I am a kind, caring, patient and focused individual who is willing to walk the road of helping you with your English Learning. I am a traveler who is keen to see the world from all angles. I also love the beach and trail hiking. I am free spirited and I love to socialize with all kinds of people. I have worked online teaching English to Japanese nationals of all ages; adults, teenagers and children.I have also worked with a company offering slots for international students from all walks of life as well as one offering slots for professional students from different companies. I am a certified mainstream school teacher with 18 years of teaching experience who holds a Bachelor's degree , a TEFL certificate and a Diploma in English Language and Literature. I also have a certificate in IELTS Preparation. In my teaching, I mainly use Direct Method also known as Audio Lingual Method or Natural Method. I also do use Lexical Approach and Structural Approach when needed as well as Total Physical Response. I vary my methods according to the different student's CEFR levels and needs.
