Hello, My name is Victor. I am from Nigeria but, currently living in South Africa. I like to read, I love movies especially, the biographic genre because they give me a picture of actual events. I am a sports lover and always very eager to learn about new places and things. I taught high school students for about 11 months, taught in a volunteer program in remote settlements in Bayelsa State, Nigeria and I am currently tutoring high school kids in South Africa. I have a Bachelor's degree in sociology, a certification from the Peer Education training program in Nigeria, and a 120-hour TEFL certificate. I believe that teaching has different approaches, and as a teacher, it is my responsibility to identify the needs of my students and adopt the approach that best suits those needs. I also, sincerely believe in being patient as all students vary in their speed of learning. It is important to always find a way to help the student build confidence and to know that their learning goals are very much attainable.
