I am from a beautiful and exciting country of South Africa. My country is best known for the sunny beaches which I find perfect for swimming and fishing in as well as the perfect spot for family time. During my free time, I enjoy exercising through dancing and practicing yoga. Other activities I love to do include researching and reading up on scientific topics, such as sea creatures or other planets. However, my favourite hobby is cooking and trying foods from different cultures.
I have an accredited TEFL certificate as well as a Diploma in Business Administration, which I obtained from the Durban University of Technology. During the past two years, I did private English tutoring amongst the residents of my community and school st
My teaching styles consists of being attentive, patient, and learner-focused and I like to create a gentle and productive classroom environment. My lessons are focused on how to communicate in real-life situations, for example, learning to make a request or asking for help. I also teach topics such as alphabets, colours, and grammar. I prefer to go at the pace that is suitable for my students and if there is anything a student does not understand, they are welcome to ask questions and we can go over the topic again.
