Sargsyan Arpine

I am Arpine Sargsyan. I am 37 years old. I am from Armenia, from city Gyumri. I live in Gyumri and work in high school of Shirak State University. As a hobby I like listening to music, reading books, travelling and of course teaching both online and offline.Teaching is my life. It comes from my family, all my family members are teachers. I have dreamed of becoming a teacher since my childhood. I liked to play games with my friends where I was a teacher and they were my pupils. I remember I taught them by using small blackboard. I was an English teacher. I wrote new words with transcription, wrote translation, read texts from different English books, spoke English to them. English teaching was a life for me. I adore teaching up till now. It was type of hobby. I am teaching now in high school. I like all my pupils and they love me because we have a mutual understanding, I share all my knowledge with them, I make all my lessons profuctively, effectively and by using different methods. I want to say that I live in Armenia, in Gyumri. In 1991 year I attended English school where all subjects we passed in English.During my studying I had a great interest in English and that’s why I chose to continue my studying with English. In 2001 I Teaching is my hobby. I really adore teaching. I think speaking English is very important today. That’s why in my opinion we , teachers must do everything in order to make a person speak and if they really want we need to make them speak correctly an grammatically well. I try to make all my lessons interesting, productive and effective. I fix on learning words, listening to different audios, which is very very important for developing language skills, discuss them and then learn a bit grammar for speaking correctly.I think grammar is also very necessary , We need to pass tenses, parts of speech. I like also teaching students and kids songs. Foreign Songs are also very important for learning foreign languages. By listening you can learn more than doing other activities. I also use many games and activities during my lessons, for example crosswords, matching words with their definitions, do grammar exercises, with new words make small short stories, compositions. I like film screening.
