"Hello, my name is Ropa, and I am an enthusiastic ESL teacher with six months of experience teaching adults. I am excited to expand my horizons and explore the wonderful world of teaching kids of all ages. I have a diverse range of interests and hobbies. I find solace in the pages of novels, enjoy exploring new places through travel, and find joy in the culinary arts, particularly cooking and baking. These activities fuel my creativity and provide me with a well-rounded perspective that I bring into the classroom. As an individual, I possess a patient, committed, and outgoing nature. These traits enable me to connect with students on a personal level, creating an environment that encourages growth and learning. I am an experienced ESL tutor with six months of hands-on teaching experience. I hold a degree in social work and possess a TEFL certificate. My professional journey has always revolved around my passion for helping people and fostering self-empowerment. In our class will be focusing more on grammar,pronunciation,articulation and conversational English. At the heart of my teaching philosophy is the belief that every student has unique strengths and abilities waiting to be unlocked. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to embrace their potential and develop their language skills with confidence As an ESL tutor, I primarily utilize the Total Physical Response (TPR) methodology. TPR engages students through movement, gestures, and physical response, making language acquisition a dynamic and interactive experience. By incorporating TPR into my lessons, I aim to maximize student engagement and ensure a holistic learning process. However, I understand the importance of catering to different learning styles and preferences. Thus, I also incorporate various other teaching methodologies and techniques to adapt to the needs of individual students.
