I am originally from Lithuania, but have been living in England for the last twelve years. I am currently traveling through Latin America. I really like walking or jogging in the nature, or when I'm at home I like reading or cooking some new dish.
First I like to know the student's goals: whether they are studying for a particular exam, for work, for traveling... From there I can choose the best approach to proceed with the teaching. Since I have studied many languages in my life, I know the learner's journey very well and I know what works best. I like to always adapt the activities to the environment in which the student will be using the language to ensure the benefit is optimum. For example: if the student needs the language for their work in the chemical industry, I would ensure that the vocabulary used is heavy on the terms used in that particular industry.
