Hello! My name is Rethabile. I have varied experience in ESL teaching. My background includes planning and delivering lessons to children and adults. I give instructions in General English and Conversational English, with the aim of helping students reach their goals and believe in themselves. In my class, I make sure that students are understood and heard. I teach in a way that encourages students to speak with confidence and with no fear of giving the wrong answer. I'm greatly passionate about this profession and I am also thrilled about this opportunity, so I look forward to seeing you. I have 4 years teaching experience I am a certified TEFL teacher. I would describe my teaching style as highly adaptable. I do not prefer one teaching method, or one way of interacting with the students in the classroom environment. Because each class is different, so is each lesson, and as a teacher, I should always adjust my teaching to my audience, the level of discipline in the class, the difficulty of the lesson, and so on. I simply prefer individual approach to teaching, and I alternate between being an authority, demonstrator, facilitator, and a delagator.
