Pauline Banda

Hello! I'm Pauline, an enthusiastic and dedicated English teacher aged 29. I am originally from Malawi but currently based in Lesotho,Maseru.I enjoy reading a lot and travelling. I also love helping people achieve fluency and confidence in English through engaging conversations. I have taught different levels of learners, from young to old. This I have done both physically and online for four years. I hold a TEFL certification and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. My classes are student centred and tailored to meet unique needs and goals. I also believe in creating a supportive and interactive learning environment. I aim to provide students with effective learning experiences that meet individual needs by having a personalized learning plan and preference, interactive and engaging lessons, regular constructive feedback and assessment and flexible scheduling. I focus mainly on pronunciation, grammar, conversational English and reading to help boost the four language skills.
