My name is Nozipho. I am from Zimbabwe,Harare. I am a certified English teacher with a Bachelor of Education Degree ,majored in English .I am an easy going person that works well with learners of different backgrounds. I like being around different types of people and I like to always challenge myself to improve everything I do. I like pets and reading novels. I have been working as an ESL teacher for over 5 years. During this time I have had opportunities to work with diverse range of students from various cultural backgrounds, both online and in the classroom. Currently I am a High School ESL teacher and Part time Assistant Lecturer and I have 3 years online teaching experience. I have a TEFL certificate and a Bachelor of Education Degree in English which has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach English effectively. As an ESL teacher, I believe that a positive and inclusive teaching environment is essential for student success. I value a teaching environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking, and where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and asking questions. I also like the use TPR , puppets, charts, group work, role play, slides and videos where possible to demonstrate my learning point. My teaching style is primarily centred on class engagement. I adapt my teaching style in order to cater for everyone and make the material as interesting as possible . In my lessons I do; test and examination preparations, pronunciation, vocabulary,reading,writing , spellings and grammar amongst many languages aspects.
