Hello, my name is Nicoletta and I am a certified native English tutor from the small island of Cyprus. However, both my parents have British roots and I have grown up speaking English as my primary language. As a person who has always been interested in other countries and cultures, I have embarked on learning new languages myself in the last few years. Most recently Korean! Doing this, I realised how important it is to have someone guide you and support you on your language learning journey. I hope to be that person for you, to aid you and support you with your experience of the English language. I am a TEFL certified tutor, with over 800 hours of online tutoring experience. I have experience teaching students of varying ages, nationalities, and levels. I believe in tailoring each lesson to meet the students needs. I believe that the student is the most important person in any lesson and that the teacher should focus their material on the students’ goals, interests, and aspirations. My classes for adults cover: grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, conversational English, functional English, exam preparation (IELTS and TOEFL), writing, and more. My classes for children cover: vocabulary, comprehension, pronunciation, exam preparation, games, and more.
